Christopher Erick
A young man, 23 at the time of his death, a mother in mourning, a police repot, a Grand Jury investigation, and the truth.
Having had several conversations, both by phone and Facebook, with Kimberly Smith I am starting to see the big picture. as there will only be a couple of entries to this blog (I plan on adding the screen shots to support where by her own words Mrs. Smith both accuses me of working for the Midlothian Police department and taking evidence from her sons room two weeks after his death.).
As I started my investigation I tried to think on a troubled young mans mind. Could the though of any form of incarceration cause a suicidal person to end their life? Yes. Do I believe his body to have been moved? At one point yes, but now I am not so sure.
Several questions that have not been answered by Kim Erick Smith have me now wondering if indeed she found the cyanide bottle(s) and removed them? Too many things do not wash with her claims!
"TWO OF THESE INDIVIDUALS WORK FOR THE MIDLOTHIAN POLOICE DEPARTMENT"
No Ma'am I do not work for or in conjunction with the Police. But this is what I discovered. http://m.waxahachietx.com/midlothian/news/local/midlothian-police-close--year-old-case-ruled-as-suicide/article_b63e32d1-0fd3-5fe8-89af-00d2be1b3219.html?mode=jqm
This was not murder this is a case of a mother not wanting to face the fact that her son committed suicide. Nothing more nothing less.
